Operator’s Tour

This section takes you on a tour of the 

990-HB Pre-Hanging Door 

machine. The 990-HB cuts hinge 

pockets on both a door and a jamb and then attaches hinges to them. While the hinge process takes 
place, a door lock and face plate is drilled. Figure 2- 1 below shows locations of some key assemblies 
on the 990-HB
