1. Press the DEFROST key twice. This key will
illuminate in green.

2. Enter the defrost time (for example, 12
minutes), by turning the ROTARY control in
both directions.

3. Press the START key. The oven will commence
operation.

4. When the oven switches itself off and beeps,
open the door and stir the food. Close the door
again and press the START key in order to
continue the defrost process.
