6.3 Starting the appliance
After the fi rst use, clean the inside
of the oven and the accessories,
following the cleaning instructions
given in the section “Oven cleaning and
maintenance”.
Fit the Turntable support (1) in the
centre of the oven cavity and put the
Turntable ring (2) and the Turntable
plate (3) on top, making sure they slot
in. Whenever you use the microwave,
the turntable plate and the respective
accessories must be inside and correctly
fi tted. The turntable plate can rotate in
both directions.
6.4 Electrical connection
The oven is equipped with a power
cable and a plug for single phase current.
The electrical installation is to be set
up so that the appliance can be isolated
from the mains with a minimum 3mm all-
pole contact separation.
Suitable separation devices include
e.g. cutouts, fuses (screw fuses are
to be taken out of the holder), RCD’s
and contactors. This installation must
comply with current regulations.
If the electrical connection is
done through a plug and this remains
accessible after installation, then it is
not necessary to provide the mentioned
separation device.
Protection against electric shock
must be provided by the electrical
installation.
