The velcro backing disc wears-out too
quickly
Pressing on the arm while sanding
Avoid it: this over-warms the backing disc thus resulting in
an early wearing out.
The LED light blinks
Safety pause
Switch off the machine, unplug it from the power supply
and wait a while before reconnecting it

Replace the abrasive

Empty the bag

Shake out the dirt and wash the bag.
Vacuum ducts and/or pipes obstructed
Clean air ducts
Worn-out bearings or suction fan
