the power-on lamp is off, the fan is 

working.

the power-on lamp is damaged, 

incorrectly connected.

replace the indicator lamp, check 

the wiring circuit.

the power pcB is damaged.

repair / replace the power pcB.

power-on light is on, the fan is not 

working.

the fan is blocked by a foreign 

object.

remove the object.

the fan motor is damaged.

replace the fan.

check the network connection.
