Machine use
8.3.1 Drive speed
Before mowing and to reduce risks of
projections, lower the front guard.
- Keep all persons and animals away from
the machine danger zone.
- Never lean or step on the protection cover.
- Place the machine in working position:

Before the machine engages the crop:
- Select speed of on the tractor:
• 540 min

(Refer to the decal fitted on the
machine).
- Engage the tractor PTO and slowly increase the
speed up to 540 min

During the work, movement from work position to
swath position is handled completely by the tractor’s
dual-effect distributor:
- The tractor's lifting gear must be locked in position.

For tractors not equipped with a floating position,
continue activating valve during 10 to 15
seconds after the setting into work position is
ended.
Adapt the forward speed to the working
conditions.
