OFF-SETTING
(only for EL 50 N - 117 / 130 / 155 / 180)
The EL 50 N Power Tiller can be mounted behind a tractor in an off-set position to the right (or in line with the tractor).
The setting of the machine in this position should be carried out before mounting to the tractor.
The offset position is obtained by removing the head stock from its central position (A) and mounting it in position
(B) (photo 3). To avoid accidents, make sure the power tiller is properly secured before removing the head stock.
Use a hoist, lifting from the tube. Avoid using makeshift props that are unsafe.
Position A : in line Position B : 17 cm (6.7") off-set "D".
When reassembling, make sure all bolts (V) (photo 4) are tightened to a torque of 21 daNm (155 ft.lbs) .
After reassembling the head stock, make sure the front safety guards (P) are correctly fitted (photo 4).
