General Information and 
Safety Instructions

Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place, along with the warranty card, purchase receipt and carton 

for future reference. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury 

when correctly adhered to.
- Read all instructions before using the Healthy Fryer.
- Do not use the Healthy Fryer for other than its intended use.
- Before turning on, ensure the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit correspond to those indicated on 

the appliance.

- To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the appliance, cord set or plug in water or any 

other liquid.

- The Healthy Fryer is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or any type of separate remote 

control system.

- The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may cause fire, electric 

shock, or injury.

- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not operate or place any part of this appliance on or near any hot surfaces (such as a gas or electric burner, 

or in a heated oven).

- Do not use an extension cord unless completely necessary with this appliance. If an extension cord is used 

please ensure that it has a rating equal or exceeding the rating of this appliance.

- Do not let cord hang over the edge of the table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
- Always check power cord for damage before plugging the appliance into the mains socket. Do not use the 

appliance if the power cord or insulation is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by 

the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

- Do not bend or damage the power cord.
- Always unplug the Healthy Fryer when not in use. Ensure the Healthy Fryer is turned off before unplugging the 

appliance. To disconnect from the power supply, grip the plug and pull from the power socket. Never pull by 

the cord. The power plug must be removed from power socket before cleaning, servicing, maintenance or 

moving the appliance.

- Never move the Healthy Fryer while it’s working or containing hot oil or other hot liquid. Always ensure the 

appliance is switched off and cool down before moving. 

- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental 

capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction 

concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to 

ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

- Improper installation may result in the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury to persons.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damages caused by improper or faulty use.
- The unit has no user-serviceable parts contained within. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the 

appliance.

- Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs only. Ensure the appliance has completely cooled down 

before removing any parts after use.
