Frozen Fruit Desserts
Many recipes use bananas as the basis for a smooth, creamy dessert. It is also possible
to make delicious sorbets with some of your favourite fruits.
Banana and Honey Dessert
• 2 medium bananas; peeled and frozen
• 1 tbsp honey
Let fruit thaw for 8-10 minutes at room temperature. Insert banana. Mix together with the
honey and serve.
Berry and Chocolate Dessert
• 1 medium banana; peeled and frozen
• 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
• 20g dark chocolate
Let fruit thaw for 8-10 minutes at room temperature. Insert banana, chocolate and berries.
Mix together and serve.
Mango Sorbet
• 1 cup of mango peeled and frozen with seeds removed
Let fruit thaw for 8-10 minutes at room temperature. Insert mango and serve.
Tip:
You can add frozen berries to this dessert for a new flavour.
