Removing the front wheel
Preparatory work

Lift the motorcycle with the rear lifting gear. (

Lift the motorcycle with the front lifting gear. (

Remove screws

from both brake calipers.
–
Press back brake linings by slightly tilting the brake
calipers laterally on the brake disc. Pull brake calipers
carefully back from the brake discs and hang to the side.

Do not operate the hand brake lever if the brake
calipers have been removed.

Loosen screw

Using your hand, press on screw

to push the wheel
spindle out of the axle clamp. Remove screw

Warning
Danger of accidents
Damaged brake discs reduce
the braking effect.
–
Always lay the wheel down in such a way that
the brake discs are not damaged.
–
Hold front wheel and remove wheel spindle. Take the front
wheel out of the fork.
