Saving (Adding) Phone Number.
1. Enter area code and phone number and press

A pop up screen asking the location to save phone number (Handset
/ Home / Office / Pager / Fax / Other) is displayed.

Modify Group Name and Group Ringer in Group Edit menu.

When saving by setting ‘Hide’ function, the phone number cannot
be shown, even through search, unless the setting in Controller
Limitation / Security Set Show Hidden Number is set ‘Cancel’.
]
Up to 2500 phone numbers can be saved.
