Due  t o the   difference of  the  s et temperature of th e unit  and 
the ac tual indoor tempera ture, the  Air Co nditioner  wh en in 
DRY mo de  wi ll automatica lly ope rate m any times wit hout 
running the C OOL an d FAN mo de.

1. Push the MO DE button to se lect DRY.
2. Push  the TEM P button  to set  th e desired  temp erature within

    a range of 62 F ~ 86 F.
3. Push the ON /OFF button, th e OPERATION lamp ligh ts and the 
    air conditione r starts to opera te in DRY mode at L OW fan
    speed. Push  the ON/OFF bu tton again to sto p this unit opera tion.

DRY Operation

NOTE

Push TIMER O N button to set th e auto- on time a nd TIMER OFF  
button to set the  auto-off time.

1.1 Push the TIMER ON button,  then the remote  controller shows 
      TIMER ON , the last set  time for the  starting operation and the 
      signal "h"  will be shown on the DIGITAL

 DISPLAY area.  You 

      are now ready to reset the time to STAR

T the operation.

1.2 Push the TIMER ON button again to set desired unit start 
      time.
1.3 After  setting the TIMER ON ,there will be a o

ne-half second 

      delay before the remote  controller transmits  the signal  to 
      the air conditioner. Then, after approximately 

another 2 

     seconds, the signal "h" disappears and  the set temperature
     will re-appear on the digital display.

TIMER Operation

1. To set the starting time.

2. To set the stopping time.

2.3 After  setting the TIMER OFF ,there will be a one-half second 
      delay before the remote  controller transmits  the signal  to 
      the air conditioner. Then, after approximately another 2 
     seconds, the signal "h" disappears and  the set temperature
     will re-appear on the digital display.

2.2 Push  the TIMER OFF button again to set  the time  you want to
      stop the operation.

2.1 Push the TIMER  OFF button and   the remote  contr oller  will
      show  TIMER O

FF, the last set  time for the  stop ping operation 

      and the signa l "h"  will be show n on the DIGITAL DISPLAY area. 
      You are now ready to reset th e time of the STOP op eration.

3.1 Push the TIMER  ON button,  the  remote controller will sho

w  

     TIMER ON,   the last  set time for START operation  and the 
      signal  "h" will be shown on  the DIGITAL display area. You 
      are now ready to readjust the TIMER ON to start the operatio

n.

3.2 Push the TIMER ON button  again  to set the time you

 want to

      start the operation.
3.3 Push the  TIMER OFF  button, the  remote controller will sho

w  

     TIMER OFF,   the last  set time for STOP operation  and the 
     signal  "h" will be shown on  the DIGITAL display area. You 
      are now ready to reset  the time to STOP operation.
3.4 Push the TIMER OFF button  again to set the time yo

u want to

      stop the operation.
3.5 After setting  the TIMER, there will be a one-half second delay 
     before the remote controller transmits the signal to

 the Air 

     Conditioner. Then , after approximately another 2 seconds, the 
     signal "h" disappears and the set temperature will re

-appear on 

     the digital display.

Change the TIMER

    To change the TIMER ON/OFF time, just press the corresponding 
    TIMER button and reset the time. 
    To cancel the TIMER ON/OFF setting, just adjust the TIMER time
     to 0.0.

NOT E

    The s etting time is r elative  time. Th at is the  time se t is bas ed
    on th e delay  of the  current time.

1. Be sure  there are n o obstacles  between th e remote co ntroller 
    and the r eceiver of   indoor unit otherwise t he  air cond itioner will  
    not work .
2. Keep the  Remote C ontroller aw ay from any  liquids.
3. Protect  t he remote   controller from  the hig h temperatu res and 
    exposure  to radiation .
4. Keep the  indoor rece iver out of d irect sunligh t or the Air Cond i-
    tioner ma y malfunctio n.
5. Keep Re mote Contr oller away  from EMI(E lectro-Magn etic 
    Interfere nce) suppli ed by other  household  appliances .
