2. Connect Air Hose
Move Selector Switch to VACUUM and connect an Air Hose.
Note: Level of Air Pressure must be 0.6 to 1.0MPa
(6.0 to 10.0kgf/cm2) .
Negative pressure must be less than -0.09MPa when
covering Corn Plug with finger.
3. Vacuum Drawing
(1) Insert a Corn Plug into the Radiator Filler Port.
(2) Wait until pointer of Vacuum-Gauge reaches to the Green
Zone (around -0.09MPa) and come to a standstill.
(3) Wait until pointer of Vacuum-Gauge reaches to the Green
Zone (around -0.09MPa) and come to a standstill.
Note: In case temperature of residue coolant liquid in auto is
high, or coolant liquid is left on water hose, radiator
doesn’t come under negative pressure.
4. Injecting Coolant
(1) AE401 automatically starts injecting Coolant after Selector
Switch is moved to CHARGE.
(2) Coolant Injecting work is finished when Vacuum-Gauge
reaches to ZERO and stop.
Note: Keep pressing Corn Plug down until Coolant Injecting
work is finished.
Do not leave condition of Vacuum Drawing.
Do not inject coolant until pointer reaches to green zone.
5. Gather residual Coolant liquid inside Hose
(1) Remove the Corn Plug from Filler Port and left up a Hose.
(2) After gathering all residual liquid, remove Air Hose from Air
Coupler.
Note: All residual coolant liquid is able to gather by free fall.
Vacuum drawing process is not necessary for gathering
coolant liquid.
6. Check an amount of Coolant on the reserve tank then Complete Work
