After installation, for iOS devices do the following: turn on Bluetooth on your
device and start the M Active app. Make sure that the notifications, location, and all
permissions are enabled. Find “Watch 6” in the list of available devices and connect
it.
For Android devices do the following: turn on Bluetooth, open the M Active
app, go to Devices and find the Watch 6. Select it and connect. In the Urban 2 menu
select messages or contacts, connect Bluetooth functionality, and search for
available devices. On your device go back to the list of Bluetooth devices and once
the Urban 2 appears the pairing request will appear on the screen. Check the
authorization box to manage calls and messages and tap the Pair button. The Urban
2 will show the “Paired” text that indicates that the pairing is complete.
Please note that sometimes the Bluetooth connection can be unstable. If this
happens, please restart the Bluetooth function and then try to connect again. If the
problem persists, long-press the Power button for 10 seconds to restart the watch.
Some Android devices require the GPS to be turned on to connect.
