insert SIM card into SIM card slot.

• Check if you allowed to access

the smartphone with the
smartwatch
Poor quality of phone
calls
• Poor Bluetooth signal
• Too great distance between
smartwatch and smartphone,
shorten the distance
• Bad reception; change your
place to get better reception
