INFORMATION:
Even the minutest adjustments on the stud screw (b) causes a great change of
lifting/lowering speed. Screw out the stud screw at maximum up to the coloured marking.
Rotate stud screw (2).
ð
By screwing it in, the oil flow is reduced and the lifting speed/lowering speed is thus
slower.
ð
By unscrewing it, the oil flow is increased and the lifting speed/lowering speed is thus
faster.
Lock stud screw by means of hexagon nut (1).

Increasing/reducing ground pressure
KMG000-039
The relief springs (1) are used to adapt the ground pressure of the cutterbar to the local
conditions. In order to protect the sward, the cutterbar must be relieved to such an extent that it
does not jump when mowing or leave any traces of abrasion on the ground.
ü
The machine is shut down and safeguarded,
.
Loosen the counter nut (5).
WARNING! Risk of injury caused by relief spring tearing off!
Never
unscrew the threaded spindles (2) of the relief springs (1) further than the
dimension X
=
80 mm.
To increase the ground pressure, increase the dimension X.
To reduce the ground pressure, reduce the dimension X.
Tighten the counter nut (5).
Set the dimension X in the same way on all relief springs.
