Preparation for baling process
Before starting baling process
ü
The bale ejector is in front position (for “Comfort 1.0” version):
).
ü
For "Weighing device" version:

ü
Twine reserves are sufficient.
ü
The working height of the pick-up is set,
ü
The correct bale length is set,
.
ü
The target baling flap pressure is set,
.
ü
The knotter shaft is unlocked,
ü
The flywheel brake is released,
ü
For “self-steering axle” version and “Medium 1.0” version:
The stop cock for the self-
steering axle is open,

Lower the bale chute into working position (for “Medium 1.0” version):
).
Lower pick-up into working position,
Baling process
ü
The conditions in “Before baling process” are fulfilled.
Turn on the PTO shaft at minimum speed.
Slowly increase the PTO speed to 1000 rpm.
Wait until the pre-selected target bale channel flap pressure is reached in the terminal
before driving up into the swath for the first time,

The bale channel must be completely filled in order to bale in automatic mode. This can best be
done by baling the first two big bales in manual mode.
Switch to automatic mode in the terminal after the second big bale is finished,

Set the target baling force when in automatic mode,
