The working hydraulics must be vented after initial commissioning and after performing
maintenance and repair work at the working hydraulics.
Venting is carried out in several steps:

Vent the working hydraulics by actuating the working functions,

Vent the control block with the system screw unscrewed,

•
Vent the control block with the system screw screwed in,
.
•
Trial run after venting:
•
Trial run for tractors with Load Sensing system and machine
with
.
•
Trial run for tractors with Load Sensing system and machine
without
starter aid,

•
Trial run for tractors with constant flow system and machine with starter aid,
.
•
Trial run for test bench and machine with starter aid,
.
Vent the working hydraulics by actuating the working functions
Connect the hydraulic hoses (

) to a double-acting control unit.
Disconnect the hydraulic hose (
).
Actuate all working functions several times to flush entrapped air from the working
hydraulics
