• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualifi ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• If the carbon brushes need to be replaced, have this done by a qualifi ed repair per-
son (always replace the two brushes at the same ti me).
CLEANING
• Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably aft er each use.
• Keep the venti lati on slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come off use
a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol,
ammonia water, etc. These solvents may damage the plasti c parts.
LUBRICATION
The machine requires no additi onal lubricati on.
Guarantee
This product is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
two years from the date of purchase. Under this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes
to repair or replace any parts to be defecti ve, providing the product is returned to one of
our authorised service centres. This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been used
in accordance with the instructi ons, and provided that it has not been modifi ed, repaired
or interfered with by any unauthorised person, or damaged through misuse. This guar-
antee naturally does not cover wear and tear, nor breakables such as glass and ceramic
items, bulbs, etc. If the product does not work and it is the reason for returning it and it is
within the guarantee period, please also show the guarantee card and proof of purchase.
