7.5 Replace valve parts
1.
Clean diaphragm pump (

2.
Make sure that the compressed air supply is switched off and secured against a restart.
3.
Reduce the fluid pressure by activating the extraction point.

Carefully unscrew each screw ( Fig. 9/1).
5.
Disconnect the pressure and suction connection ( Fig. 9/2).
6.
Remove the valve ball ( Fig. 9/3) and seal ( Fig. 9/4).
The valve seats ( Fig. 9/5) can only be replaced by Krautzberger GmbH. You have to
return the pressure and suction connection ( Fig. 9/2) for this purpose. See the last
page for contact information.
7.
Check all parts for damage and wear and replace them as necessary.
