Removing the needle seals
1.
Clean automatic spray gun (

Unscrew the cap nut (
Chapter 8.4 ‘Changing the fluid nozzle and the air nozzle’

Loosen fastening screws ( Fig. 14/8) of the head section ( Fig. 14/7) and remove head sec-
tion.
4.
Pull needle guide ( Fig. 14/4) out of control section.
If the needle guide is lodged tight, dismantle the fluid needle (
‘Changing the fluid needle’ on page 30) and carefully push the needle guide out.
5.
Remove the slotted rings ( Fig. 14/1, 2 and 5).
6.
Check the condition of the O-rings ( Fig. 14/3 and 6), remove if necessary.
