IR Wiring Scheme for HDBT Cards
HDBT cards that support IR include either a 3.5mm jack or a terminal block for connecting an
IR emitter, such as the
C-A35M/IRE
, or an IR receiver, such as the
C-A35M/IRRN
.
To connect an IR emitter / receiver:

Using the supplied terminal block connector, connect an IR emitter / receiver according
to the wiring scheme in
Figure 13: Connecting IR Emitter / Receiver to the HDBT-B Port
The terminal block size and supplied connector differs according to the type of HDBT card.
However, the wiring scheme for connecting the IR emitter / receiver is the same for all HDBT
cards.
