Connecting and Adjusting the 810B  

 

Always switch off the power to each device before connecting it to your 

810B

. After connecting your 

810B

, connect its power and then switch 

on the power to each device. 

To connect the 

810B 

as illustrated in the example in 

Figure 2

1.  Connect the composite video BNC OUT 1 connector to the composite 

acceptor (for example, a non-linear editor). 

2.  Connect the composite video BNC OUT 2 connector to the composite 

acceptor (for example, a genlockable camera). 

3.  Connect the s-Video (Y/C) 4-pin Y/C OUT connector to the s-Video (Y/C) 

acceptor (for example, an AV diagnostic switcher). 

4.  Connect the 3-wire cable to the detachable terminal block 1kHz OUT 

connector and to the audio input of the destination unit (for example, the AV 

diagnostic switcher). 

5.  Connect the 12V DC power adapter to the power socket and connect the 

adapter to the mains electricity (not shown in 

Figure 2

).
