Preparation for work

The

product  has  a  standard

cutting

disc.  If  it  is

necessary to install a

nother

 disk

,

 corresponding to

the upcoming work, replace the disk according to

the Assembly section.
Prepare yourself for work:

`

prepare  and  put  on  protective  equipment

(glasses,  headphones);

`

prepare  the  workpiece  to  be  processed  and

make  sure  that  its  thickness  matches  the

maximum allowed for your

tile cutter;

`

make sure the drive is securely attached to

shaft and not locked; To do this, push the disc with

your  hand  in  the  direction  of  rotation.  With  free

rotation, there should be no extraneous sounds. If,

when the disc rotates, extraneous noise is heard,

tighten the disc mount or replace the disc;

`

remove

wrenches

 and other objects from

rotating parts of the product.

periodically check its level during operation.

If necessary, adjust the cutting width:

`

loosen  the  thumbscrews  at  both  ends  of

the  guide  fence  7

;

`

adjust  the  required  cutting  width  on  the

scale  on  the  desktop;

Operating procedure

Connect the product to the mains.

The product corresponds to class I protection

against  electric  shock,  i.e.  must  be  grounded

(for  this,  grounding  contacts  are  provided  in

the plug). Do not alter the plug if it does not fit

your  outlet.  Instead,  a  qualified  electrician

should install the appropriate outlet.

The  inclusion  of  the  product  is  carried  out  by

pressing the “I” button of the switch 1.

Note!

Electromagnetic product switch. If the mains

voltage  fails  and  its  subsequent  appearance,  the

product  will  not  turn  on  independently.  To  turn  on

the product in this case, press the "I" button again.

Note!

Start  work  only  after  the  disc  picks  up  the

pace.

Place  the  workpiece  on  the

work  table

,  press  it

against  the  edge  of  the  guide

7

  or  put  it  in  the

corner stop

3

.

If  it  is  necessary  to  cut  large-sized  workpieces,

you  can  increase  (only  for  EP-200-1000N)  the

width of the table by extending the table

9

. To do

this, loosen the screws

10

 for fixing the extension

and slide it to the required distance. After installing

in a suitable position, tighten the screws

10

.

For cutting, use the workpiece sliding on the table.

During work, always STRONGLY hold the

workpiece.

When  working  with  the  product,  monitor  the

engine  speed.  A  drop  in  speed  of  20%  or  more

indicates an overload. In this case, it is necessary

to reduce the

push

 force

to

 the disc.

Note!

On  the  tile  cutter  model  EP-200  1000N

installed thermal fuse,

it will

automatically

disable

the engine when it is overloaded or overheated.

To resume power supply, allow the engine to cool

down and restore the fuse by pressing button

19

To  resume  operation,  turn  on  the  product  using

the switch.

When  working  with  the  product,  watch  the  water

level in the

tray

 and

fill it up

 as needed.

At  the  end  of  the  work,  turn  off  the  product  by

pressing the “0” button of the switch.

Then unplug

the product from the

mains

.

The  disc  heats  up  during  operation.  Do  not

touch  it  immediately  after  work  is  completed

and until it is completely cooled.

Carefully remove all debris from the

work table

and from under the protective cover.

To avoid injury or damage, do not remove

debris

by hand. Use a brush.

Periodic maintenance

Conduct  a

ll  work  on  the  assembly,

replacement  and  adjustment  of  produce  only

when

the product is disconnected from mains

.

During the operation periodically required:

а)

replacement of water and cleaning of the

tray

from the accumulated products of the cut;

б)

a

replacement (as wear)

 of

 cutting disc. To do

this, follow the steps in

s

ection Assembly.

Recommended

practices

Before  starting  work,  make  sure  that  there  is  no

visible mechanical damage to the product and the

disk. A disk with cracks, chips and other damage

must be replaced immediately.

To avoid injury to the operator and damage to

the  product  DO  NOT  use  the  product  with  a

damaged disc.

Make  sure  that  your  mains  voltage  matches  the

rated voltage of the product.

Connect the product to the mains only when you

are ready to work.

Before  using  the  product  for  the  first  time,  turn  it

on without load and let it work for 20-30 seconds If

at  this  time  you  hear  extraneous  noise,  feel

increased vibration or the smell of burning, turn off

the product, disconnect the power cable from the

mains  and  determine  the  cause  of  this

phenomenon.  Do  not  turn  on  the  product  before

the cause of the malfunction has been found and

corrected.

Ensure good lighting and order in the workplace -

inadequate lighting and foreign objects can cause

damage and injury.

ATTENTION

`

take  measures  to  prevent  sagging  (causes
