• Be careful during operation when opening the oven door and pushing out the pan, to avoid
burns, avoid hot steam, liquid or oil splashes. Be careful when using ingredients containing
alcohol, an air-alcohol mixture may form in the chamber.
• Frequent opening of the door causes cold air to enter the oven, thereby causing heat loss.
Therefore, the oven door should not be opened unless necessary.
• Use baking paper of the right size, it should not protrude over the edges of a special mold
or other baking accessories make sure to fasten the paper.
• Do not place dishes, foil of any kind, parchment paper, or other items on the bottom of the
appliance. Do not pour water into the heated appliance, and do not store wet dishes or food
in the appliance after cooking.
• It is not recommended to cook more than one dish at once. Thus, less electricity will be
consumed during cooking without changing the cooking temperature.
• Preheating should be done for a short period of time (maximum 10 minutes).
IMPOrTaNT! The appliance must be switched off after each use.
CLEANING AND CARE
WarNING! Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning, make
sure it is completely cold. The appliance must be cleaned regularly. Care should be taken
during the cleaning procedure.
To keep the enamel surface shiny for as long as possible, the appliance should be
washed with warm water and detergent after each use. After the oven has completely cooled
down, remove any remaining fat with a sponge or a damp cloth and warm soapy water. Do not
use abrasive wipes or sponges that may scratch the enamel.
aTTeNTION! Do not use a high-pressure cleaner or steam jet cleaners, as penetrating
moisture may cause electric shock. Do not use abrasives.
• Clean the burner's flame divider frequently with boiling water and detergent to remove any
remaining fat that may block the flame from escaping.
• Wash stainless steel parts well with water and dry them with a soft cloth.
• Use slightly damp sponges and wipes to clean the hob.
• Do not use too much water, as it may get inside of the appliance and damage electrical
parts.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water.
• The grids of the hob can be washed in the dishwasher.
• For persistent stains, use regular non-abrasive detergents.
• The control panel, knobs and buttons of the white oven and the stainless-steel oven must be
washed every time after cooking.
• Wash the glass of the oven door only with warm water, and avoid using coarse cleaners and
cloths. Use a mild surface cleaner.
• The side grids for setting the baking trays can be removed from the oven and cleaned with a
soft surface cleaner. Follow the steps required to do this, as shown in the figure
• Do not use metal brushes or sponges with abrasive surfaces to avoid damage and
corrosion. Do not use solvents or toxic cleaning liquids.
If the handles become difficult to turn, contact a qualified technician to lubricate them. Also
contact a qualified professional to resolve any other issues that may arise during use.
