3. Safety requirements
Chest freezer is to be connected to the electricity via the socket

grounding.
Before turning on to the electricity, check the power cord of chest for

mechanical damage. If the power cord insulation is damaged it must
be replaced.
Chest freezer must be turned off in case of fault

wiring in the casing and cause master service organization.

(cleaning, repair).

of moisture.

grounding.

4. Installation and Connection
Carefully unpack the chest freezer.
•
Set the chest freezer on a hard, flat surface.
•
If necessary, connect to the electricity through an extension cord, use only
•
extension cord with grounding.
Ventilation holes should be open a chest, the distance from the vents to other
•
equipment or walls premises - a minimum of 0.5 meters.
Chest freezer should be installed away from heat sources and contact direct
•
sunlight.
Before the first start-up it is necessary to wash the inner wall of a chest warm and
•
soapy water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Chest freezer, in cold weather before connecting to the electricity supply should

be kept at room temperature for at least 6 hours.
4.1. Operating procedure

The temperature in chest freezer is set by turning the thermostat knob, located in

the lower right corner of the front of the cabinet a chest.

times a year to make defrosting of a chest.
It is needed at least once a year to clean the condenser from dust.

4.2. Adjusting the thermostat
The required temperature in the freezer
is set and controlled by a thermostat. The
temperature in the chest freezer is set in
accordance with food storage temperature.
The green LED on the control panel means
that the chest is plugged in.
The red LED on the control panel means
that is connected and operating
compressor.
