7. MEASUREMENT OPERATION
DC Voltage Measurement
(1) Plug the black test lead into the COM terminals and the red test lead into
the INPUT terminals
(2)
Set the rotary switch to V and press SEL button switch to DC voltage.
Connect the test leads across with the object being measured.
(3)
The measured value shows on the display
