6 Transportation & Storage
6.1 Transportation essentials
6.1.1 Park the transporter on flat surface, fix the wheels.
6.1.2 Make sure that the hook of the cab apron is hooked onto the platform and
there is no faultage or malposition(length of the cab apron is no less than 4 times of
the height of the platform, also width is no less than 600mm, thickness shall be
decided according to the scene situation).
6.1.3 Please move forward and load slowly.
6.1.4 P ark the transporter according to the parking method, then use steel wire or
rope to fix the machine onto the platform of the truck.
6.2 Storage essentials
If long time storage is needed after the machine is used in farmlands, the machine
shall be stored and sealed up properly. The machine shall be kept in favorable
environment, so as to prevent it from getting rusted, aged or deformed
Before sealing up, the machine must be cleaned thoroughly, all connecting parts
shall be tuned and fastened. Do finish the technical maintenance with proper
working time (see 4.2), thus the machine can be stored with a proper technical
condition.
6.2.1 Causes of storage failure
1.Corrosion
:
During storage
,
dust and moisture can get into the machine
through gaps and portholes, causing contamination and corrosion of spare parts.
spare parts making relative motions like piston, valve, bearing, gear, etc., if left
static, can become rusted, cemented, blocked, clamped or even discarded.
2. Aging: Rubber and plastic spare parts can be aged, deteriorated, embrittled,
defected or decayed.
3. Deformation: spare parts like transmission belts and wheels have plastic
deformation problem after long time stress
4. Others: damped electric parts
6.2.2 Storage of the mini-transporter
1. Before seal up, check the machine carefully, clear all malfunction problems,
keep a proper technical condition. clean the machine surface
2. Drain the oil from the lubrication system.
