Drill the hole with the hole saw into the speaker baffle.
Do not use to much pressure on the saw and lift the saw every so often to 
remove dust and splinters from the cutting area.

 
After the hole has been drilled, remove dust from the cabinets inside and baffle  
with a vacuum cleaner.
