Operating Instructions
Connect the Left and Right speakers together by inserting the plug
from the Left speaker into the jack marked “LEFT SPK” on the back
panel of the Right speaker. See diagram above.
Connect one end of the Stereo Audio Cable to the jack marked
“AUDIO IN” on the back of the Right speaker. Connect the other end of
the Stereo Audio Cable to the LINE OUT, AUDIO OUT, or
HEADPHONE jack of your external audio source, such as a personal
CD player, MP3 player, iPod®, notebook computer, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are connecting these speakers to the LINE
OUT, or AUDIO OUT jack of the external source, the Volume control of
the external source usually has no effect. You must use the Volume
controls on these speakers to adjust the volume level. If you are
connecting these speakers to the HEADPHONE jack of the external
audio source then the Volume control of the external source and the
Volume control of these speakers can be used to adjust the volume
level. In this case it is recommended to adjust the Volume control of
the external source to approximately 80% to 90% of the maximum
setting and then use the Volume control on these speakers for final
adjustment. If the Volume control of the external source is set to a very
