5. For each cup of coffee, use one leveled measuring spoon
of grounded coffee. For stronger or milder coffee, adjust the
amount of coffee!
6. Close the lid (1) of the filter holder (2) by pushing it back into
its original position, make sure it’s properly locked in place.
7. Place the thermo jug (3) with its lid on into the appliance.
Make sure that the lid is properly screwed on and that the
lever button of the lid is pointing towards the handle.
8. Make sure that the thermo jug (3) is properly placed into
the appliance and press the On/Off button (5) to switch on
the appliance. The integrated indicator light indicates that
the appliance is in operation. An integrated mechanism
automatically opens the lid for the brewing through function.
The brewing process can be interrupted at any time by
pressing the On/Off button (5). Once the unit is switched on
again, the appliance will continue with the brewing process.
Note: If you wish to have a cup of coffee before the brewing cycle
is completed, remove the thermo jug (3) from the appliance.
Due to the automatic drip stop, dripping will automatically
cease. Put the thermo jug (3) back within 30 seconds, dripping
process will automatically resume.
9. After the brewing cycle is completed (no more water
is dripping through the filter), the thermo jug (3) can be
removed.
Attention: The appliance will automatically shut-off
within 5 minutes and the indicator light will go OFF as well.
Attention:
-Despite the automatic shut-off, the appliance
has to be switched off properly after each
usage.
-Before each brewing cycle, always make
sure that the On/Off button is set to
Off
position.
