5) Before connecting the tool to the mains, make sure that no component is damaged or loose, especially the
abrasive disc and the flange block.
6) Do not use the tool if the abrasive disc is not securely fastened or is damaged.
7) Before using the tool, make sure that any service keys have been removed.
8) Make sure the workpiece is secured.
Use both hands to guide the tool.
9) Cover long hair and do not wear long bracelets or chains because they might get trapped in the moving parts
of the tool.
10) Always wear proper clothing. Wear goggles with side protections, work gloves, protective mask, robust, and
non-woven garments.

11) When the tool is operating, keep it away from every part of the body.
12) Do not start the tool when it is not in the working position.
13) Turn off the motor and unplug the tool when: do not use it, leave it unattended, check it is not working, the
power cord is damaged, remove or change the abrasive disc, transport it from one place to another.
14) Do not transport the tool by holding it by the power cord but rather use the main handle.
15) When working, always maintain a stable and secure position especially if you are on stairs or scaffolding.
16) Always keep the workplace clean and free from obstacles.
17) While working, never turn your attention away from what you are doing.
18) In the work area, the operator is responsible to others for any damage caused by the use of the tool.
19) Work only in well-lit places.
20) The grinder is not suitable for working in humid or wet conditions.
21) Before connecting the plug to the power socket, make sure that the power switch is off and that it is not
damaged.
22) Always stop the tool by switching off the switch. Do not disconnect the plug from the socket when the tool
is in operation.
23) Use the tool only in the ways described in these instructions. Any other use may be dangerous.
24) When not in use, place the tool in a dry place and away from the reach of children.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY STANDARDS
1) The supply voltage must correspond to the one stated on the technical data label (230v ~ 50Hz). Do not use
any other type of power supply.
2) It is recommended to use a fused power supply line. Consult a trusted electrician.
3) Never pass the tool over the power cord while the tool is in motion, you may cut it. Be aware of your position
at all times.
4) Do not use the machine in damp or wet environments. Do not expose it to rain.
5) The power cord must be checked periodically and before each use to see if it shows signs of damage or aging.
If not in good condition, do not use the machine and bring it to an authorized service center.
6) If you use a cable winder, completely unwind the cable; otherwise it may overheat and burn.
7) If you are using an extension cord, make sure it is of the approved type. Keep it away from the work area, from
wet, humid, oiled surfaces, surfaces with sharp edges, heat sources, and fuels.
8) The plug of the extension cord must be of the 10-16A / 250V bipolar type according to EEC (7) tab. I. The wire
section must be equal to or greater than 1mm2. Use harmonized cable not lighter than H05W-F cable.
9) When disconnecting the power cord from the power socket, always hold it by the plug. This tool is built with
a dual system and offers greater electrical security and does not require the grounding of the machine.
