BEFORE THE FIRST USE
HOW TO USE
- Remove all packagings or plastic wrappings surrounding the appliance.
- Set the toasting function to the maximum option (7).
- When using the appliance for the first time, you may notice a slight bur-
ning odour or a little smoke. This is normal: this mans that the protectant
applied during manifacturing is dispersing away.
When using the appliance for the first time, avoid to put any food in the
bread slots and make it to run empty, making sure the room is well-ven-
tilated.
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and uncluttered surface.
2. Plug the device into the wall socket.
3. Insert a slice of bread into each bread slot.
4. Adjust the toasting option to the desired setting (1=light, 7=dark) ac-
cording to food type and thickness.
5. Lower the lever down fully: the light of the Cancel button will turn on.
6. Once toasting is completed, lift the lever up to remove bread. Otherwi-
se, after a few minutes the device will automatically stop toasting and
power lever will return to its original position.
7. Remove carefully the food popped up after toasting to avoid to get
burned as the food may be very hot.
8. After use, unplug the power cord.
