Using ProgCARD II
Option
Description
BEC Voltage
BEC voltage can be adjusted between 5V and 6V in 0.2V steps. Default
setting is 5,6V
Brake intensity
Brake intensity can be adjusted between 10% and 100% in 10% steps
Fine tune brake intensity
Fine tuned brake intensity can be adjusted in 2,5% steps from the actual
selected intensity.
RPM Control
The governor mode can be tuned by three different parameters.
Governor works softer, less work for the gyro
Smooth -
Governor works harder, tail may get nervous
I-Gain +
Integral gain ratio is increased, deviation of rotation speed will be reduced
faster. Gyro will work more.
I-Gain-
Integral gain ratio is decreased, deviation of rotation speed will be reduced
slower. Less work fort the gyro.
P-Gain +
Proportional gain ratio is increased, deviation of rotation speed will be
reduced faster. Gyro will work more.
P-Gain -
Integral gain ratio is decreased, deviation of rotation speed will be reduced
slower. Less work fort the gyro.
Reverse Rotation drection
The rotation direction of the motor can be reversed.
Hold 0,3s
Sets throttle hold when receiver signal is lost to 0.3s (default 3s)
Load Defaults
Restores factory defaults
Hints:
Too many “+“ options may follow to a non stable governor, interaction with the gyro is possible
The governor can be optimized by using the “-“ Options too
Changing the governor options may result in an oscillating rotation speed. This causes very high loads to all
components of a model. Damage cannot be excluded.
The battery must be disconnected when chaning between the ProgCARD and ProgCARD II
For using the ProgCARD II a battery must be connected to the ESC.
To reset governor options and hold option the factory defaults must be restored.
