Cable (acc. to chapter 2.2/ EMC): max. 3 m, unshielded
Connector type: Phoenix MSTBA 2,5/3-G – 1757488
Mating connector: Phoenix FKCN 2.5/ 3-ST-5.08-– 1873061 (included in delivery)
Associated permissible cable cross-sections:
rigid conductor cross-section: 0,2 mm² ... 1,5 mm²
Flexible conductor cross-section: 0,2 mm² ... 2,5 mm²
Conductor cross section AWG / kcmil: 24 … 16
Conductor cross-section flexible with wire end ferrule: 0,25 mm² ... 1,5 mm²
Stripping length: 10 mm
The power cable must be rated for a temperature of +75° C or higher.
The cable can become damaged over time or potentially harmful plasticizers could be
released in the surrounding air if cables with a lower temperature rating are being used.
In Europe, the flatter type Phoenix FKCN 2.5/ 3-ST - 1732755 can also be used as a mating
connector for X1. However, this type is not permitted in the USA and Canada, since only the
Phoenix FKCN 2.5/ 3-ST-5.08 - 1873061 has the UL registration required for this region
