STAND INSTALLATION
1

2
Fold up both clamping levers > the toothing have separated from each other.
3
Pull the support tubes apart until the desired height/width is reached.
4
Close the clamping lever > the gear teeth are engaged.
4.a
NOTE:
4.a
The tooth tips must not be pressed against each other. If necessary twist the
4.a
joints a little bit.
4.b
The clamping levers must be clapped beyond the eccentric point up to the stop. This
4.b
position is always mandatory, in particular during operation under load, but also
4.b
during transport and storage.
4.b
A protruding clamping lever is only permitted when the stand is opened or closed,
4.b
otherwise it indicates faulty position.
JOINT DISC WITH SCALE
5
The joint disks are finely toothed all around in steps of 5°
5
allowing 34 (!) installation versions of the stand.
6
By means of the scale and a marking (X) on the opposite side of the pulley
6
the position can be exactly determined.
6
A preferred installation version can easily be found again.
INSTALLATION VERSIONS & DIMENSIONS
7
A selection of the 34 installation versions is shown here.
7
NOTE: The height inevitably changes with the width.
8
The fully folded stand is suited for transport and storage owed to
8
compact dimensions.
TIPS FOR SAFE INSTALLATION
1
9
The diameter of the drum is always decisive.
19
This determines the width of the two support tubes of the stand.
19
The adjustment of a certain height is not permitted if these results
19
in an unsafe support of the drum.
10
The drum must always be placed centrally on the stand.
10
In case of protrusions these must be as uniformly spread.
11
Eight rubber protectors (four of them movable) ensure the
11
secure fitting of the instrument and protect its surface.
