The blood pressure monitor is a device used to measure a person’s blood pressure. The device 

measures the systolic blood pressure, the diastolic blood pressure and the pulse rate of an adult 

individual.

If the low-battery indicator comes on, charge the device:

•  Connect the USB cable to the USB port and the power adapter.

•  Insert the mains plug of the power adapter into the wall socket.

•  Press the button to switch on or off the device.

•  When the device is switched off, press and hold the button to pair the 

blood pressure monitor with your mobile device.

6.  Memory button 

Up button

•  Press the button to enter or exit memory mode.

•  Clock mode: Press the button to set the date and the time.

7.  Set button 

Down button

•  Press the button to enter or exit setting mode.

•  Clock mode: Press the button to confirm the date and the time.

8.  Systolic blood 

pressure indicator

•  The indicator shows the systolic blood pressure.

9.  Diastolic blood 

pressure indicator

•  The indicator shows the diastolic blood pressure.

10. Pulse rate indicator

•  The indicator shows the pulse rate.

11. Date indicator

•  The indicator shows the date.

12. Time indicator

•  The indicator shows the time.

13. Memory indicator

•  The indicator comes on when the device is in memory mode.

14. Error indicator

•  The indicator comes on when there is an error.

15. Low-battery 

indicator

•  The indicator comes on when the batteries are low.

16. Bluetooth indicator

•  The indicator shows the Bluetooth connection status.

17. Irregular-heartbeat 

indicator

•  The indicator comes on when the device detects an irregular 

heartbeat.

Definitions

• 

Systolic blood pressure: maximum arterial pressure during contraction of the left ventricle 

of the heart.

• 

Diastolic blood pressure: minimum arterial pressure during relaxation and dilatation of the 

ventricles of the heart when the ventricles fill with blood.

• 

Pulse rate: number of pulsations in the radial artery per minute.

• 

Hypotension: low blood pressure.

• 

Prehypertension: precursor to chronic high blood pressure.

• 

Hypertension: high blood pressure.

• 

Hypertensive emergency: high blood pressure with acute impairment of one or more 

organ systems which can result in irreversible organ damage.

Safety

• 

Read the manual carefully before use. Keep the manual for future reference.

• 

Only use the device for its intended purposes. Do not use the device for other purposes 

than described in the manual.

• 

Do not use the device if any part is damaged or defective. If the device is damaged or 

defective, replace the device immediately.

• 

The device is designed for adults. Do not use the device on infants or young children. 

Before use on older children, consult your physician.

• 

Do not use the device if you suffer from arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats).

• 

If you are in doubt whether to use the device or not, consult your physician.

• 

The measurements are only an indication of your blood pressure level. If the device 

measures a high or low blood pressure level, consult your physician.

• 

Only use the supplied cuff.

• 

Measure your blood pressure at approximately the same time each day.

• 

Before measurement, stay calm and rest for 5 minutes. Relax at least 1 minute between 

multiple measurements to allow the blood circulation to recover. Too frequent 

measurements can cause injury due to blood flow interference.

• 

Do not speak or move during measurement.

• 

Do not expose the device to water or moisture.

• 

Do not use the device in areas where interference from other devices can cause inaccurate 

measurements.

• 

Do not use the device in a moving vehicle.

Installation

• 

Download and install the “Transhealth” app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store on 

your mobile device.

• 

Open the “Transhealth” app.

• 

Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.

• 

Go to the settings menu

• 

Select “Add device” in the settings menu.

• 

Press and hold the start/stop button for 5 seconds. The blood pressure monitor will be 

paired with your mobile device.

Use

Setting the date and the time

1. 

When the device is switched off, press and hold the set button for three seconds. The 

device is in clock mode.

2. 

Press the memory button to set the hour. Press the set button to confirm.

3. 

Press the memory button to set the minutes. Press the set button to confirm.

4. 

Press the memory button to set the month. Press the set button to confirm.

5. 

Press the memory button to set the day. Press the set button to confirm.

6. 

Press the memory button to set the year. Press the set button to confirm.
