User Guide
1. Press MODE button to convert the system among Fat Analysis Mode, Alarm Clock Mode and
Time Mode. (No particular order)
2. When power is connected, if Fat Analysis Mode is shown in the British System, press Reset
Button to switch it to the Metric System.
Time Settings
1. When the battery is installed, you hear a beep. LCD screen lights up and displays Time Mode. If
Alarm Clock Mode, or Fat Analysis Mode is displayed, press MODE button to select Time Mode.
2. At this moment you can press SET button for 2 seconds to enter time setting. LCD will display
24Hr and 12Hr. Press

button for selection then press SET button, after that the Hour fi gure
will fl icker.

button to adjust Hour fi gure, when the setup is fi nished press SET button, then the
Minute fi gure will fl icker. Press

button to adjust Minute fi gure, when the setup is fi nished
press SET button for confi rmation and back to Time Mode.
Fat Analysis Settings:
1. Press MODE button to select fat measuring mode.
2. At this moment the personal No. fi gure is blinking and it is adjustable. Press SET button in turn,
the system will circularly enter the settings of weight, stature, age, sex and NO.. Press

to adjust the blinking fi gure.
3. After fi nishing the personal information settings, press START button to begin a measure. Put
both left and right thumb on the left and right touch points, press them slightly, the system will
search and start the measure automatically.
4. Approximately after 5 seconds, the system will fi nish the fat content measure and show the
fat percentage on the screen. At the same time the symbol that represents the body shape is
blinking.
5. During a measurement, the LCD will display a blinking symbol as picture 5. When it is measuring,
the symbol will fl ash through the screen from left to right. If it cannot fi gure out the result
by 10 seconds, it will show “ERR” on the screen. Please read the reason from: About Error
Information.
6. If there is a new member, choose one group to set new data for test.
7. The effective number for above personal information is No.1-8.

button can upgrade the speed, you can adjust fi gures quickly.
C. When it is under fat content ratio state, press SET button to enter weight settings. If a button is not
pressed in 1 minute, the system will return to time state automatically.
