5 .1 Troubleshooting
Warning Information Appropriate action
Erase lamp life had exceeded. Please call service to get lamp
changed .
The LED used to erase the image on the plate has ex -
ceeded its lifespan . This may lead to a malfunction during
the image erase process .
Contact Konica Minolta technical representatives . and re-
place the LED .
Cleaning of a roller is required . The roller is dirty . Please clean the roller .

reader . Please open the door and check inside .

ized, so check to see if the error occurs again .

Please open the door and remove the Cassette
and Plate . After removal, erase the cassette in
ERASE MODE . Refer to “5 .2 Dealing with Plate Jams”(p . 54) and remove
the plate and cassette from this device .

during initialization . Open and close the top door . The device will be re-initial-
ized, so check to see if the error occurs again .

remove the cassette from this device .

see if the wrong cassette was inserted .
If the plate is inside the device, use the image erase mode
to erase the plate’s image .
