Notes
• Prior to the start of measurement, be sure to perform white calibration. For details, refer to “White
• To display the color difference, target colors must be set before measurement.
• To measure a target, select the target number before measurement.
• For accurate measurement, make sure to keep measurement conditions (ambient temperature, etc.)
constant.
Operating Procedure

Press [
] to bring up the <Sample> screen.
The <Sample> screen
is displayed.
Memo
If the menu screen is displayed, press
[ESC]
and perform the
operation after the Results Display screen is displayed.

Set the specimen measuring port on the sample to
measure.
Memo
Measure with the cross on the base of the specimen
measuring port on the sample.

Press the measurement key or the measurement
button.
The specimen is measured and the results are displayed on
the screen.
•
The measurement data No. is automatically assigned
sequentially in the order of measurement.
Memo
•
When the number of measurement data sets reaches 800, an error message will be displayed and measurement will
not be possible. In such cases, delete some data to perform the measurement.
•
If the screen is not displayed because the instrument is in sleep mode, measurement will not be possible. Press any
of the control keys to display the screen, and then press the measurement key/button to perform measurement.
