Move the fixing pressure adjustment
knob.
– Slide the knob rightward to align
the arrow mark on the lever with
the one on the right side, if
printed image on large-sized
paper shows unevenness.
– Slide the knob leftward to align
the arrow mark on the lever with
the one on the left side, if the
image duplex-printed on small-
sized thick paper has difficulty in
feeding when duplex-printed.

Close the left side cover of the fixing unit, return the fixing conveyance
unit to its original position, then close the front door of the main body.

Operate the printing job.
– The fixing pressure adjustment
knob should not be moved
unless the print result requires
the adjustment.
When printing is completed with
the knob moved, be sure to
return it to the original position
where the arrow mark on the
knob meets that in the middle.
