To suspend the print job in progress in order to output the selected job prior to the current job, press
[Prior Print].

Pressing [Prior Print] will display the confirmation dialog. Press [Yes] to suspend the print job in
progress and start printing for the selected job.

9.3.5 Changing Tray Setting
The Tray Setting Screen can be accessed from the Schedule Screen to allow you to change the settings for
the trays.
For an active job or the job currently printed, there are some limitations on the tray that you can change the
settings of. The following conditions are required for the tray to be changed:

The tray to change the settings is not currently used by active jobs.

The tray to change the settings is not scheduled for use in jobs to be output before the selected job.

The machine cannot start printing because the paper size specified for the reserved job to be ready for
output does not match that loaded in the tray.
Printing from the printer controller will be suspended when the paper size loaded in the selected tray does
not match that specified for the print job. You can change the Tray Setting at this time.
