11.13 Specifying settings for Security Settings
The maximum limit for the number of copies that can be made at one time can be specified.

Display the Administrator Management screen.
– For details on displaying the Administrator Management screen, refer to
"Displaying the
Administrator Management screen" on page 11-19 .

Touch [Security Settings].
The Security Settings screen appears.

Touch [Function Mgmt Settings].
The Function Management Settings screen appears.

Touch [Maximum Job Allowance].
The Maximum Job Allowance screen appears.

Use the keypad to type in the maximum number of copies, and then touch [OK].
– To not specify a maximum number of copies, touch [OFF].
– The maximum number of copies allowed can be set between 1 and 999.
– To change an entered value, touch [

] or [
→
] to move the cursor to the number to be changed,
touch [Delete], and then type in the desired number.
– To clear all entered values, press the [C] (clear) key.

Touch [OK].
