- Original Counter: This counter shows the number of original pages that were scanned.
- Paper Counter: This counter shows the number of pages used for printing.

Detail
Prints made with no account specified are counted with the "Public" counter. "Public" appears on tab
"4" of the Account Track Registration screen.
With software switch settings (mode 835), whether or not to permit public access can be specified. For
details on the software switch settings, refer to the User's Guide [Network Administrator].
11.11.3 Viewing account counters

Display the Administrator Management screen.
– For details on displaying the Administrator Management screen, refer to "Displaying the
Administrator Management screen" on page 11-19

Touch [Account Track].
The Account Track screen appears.

Touch [Account Track Settings].
– [Account Track Settings] appears if "Account Track" in the Authentication Settings screen is set to
"ON".
The Account Track Settings screen appears.

Touch [Account Track Registration].
The Account Track Registration screen appears.

Touch the button for the desired account.

Touch [Counter].
The counter screen for the account appears.

Touch the tab for the counter to be viewed, and then check the counter.
– When [Clear Counter] is touched in the counters screen for the currently displayed account, a
message appears, requesting confirmation to clear the counters. To clear the counters for the
displayed account, touch [Yes].
– To print the counters for the currently displayed account, touch [Print] in the counters screen.
