MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT

The following maintenance should be carried out in addition to
that in the PW160-7K Operation & Maintenance Manual.

EVERY 100 HOURS SERVICE

1. Arm rotation machinery case

1.

Set the arm horizontal.

2.

Remove plug (1) and check whether final drive case is filled
with oil to lower edge of plughole. If oil level is below this
point, refill with SAE 90 gear oil through plug hole.("EVERY
1000 HOURS SERVICE (353)")

Tightening torque: 56 kgm

●

The type of lubricant used depends on the ambient tempera-
ture.

Select according to the table "USE FUEL, COOLANT AND
LUBRICANTS ACCORDING TO AMBIENT TEMPERA-
TURE (234)"
