Adjustment procedure
Use the adjustment screw (3) on the head portion for ad-
justing the injection volume.
1.
Loosen the locknut (2) and tighten the adjustment screw
(3) clockwise to decrease the injection volume.
• Minimum volume is injected at the position where the
adjustment screw (3) cannot be further tightened (it
contacts the stopper).
• Maximum volume is injected at the position where the
adjustment screw (3) is returned ten turns from the
most tightened position (minimum injection volume).
Maximum injection volume (1.3cc/ST)

Tighten the lock nut (2) always when the injection volume from the injector is adjusted.
Allowable tightening torque of the lock nut (2):19.6 to 24.5 Nm { 2.0 to 2.5 kgm}
Injection volume of each injection
To the stopper with a clock-
wise turn
0.13 cc (minimum)
Ten counterclockwise turn
from the above position
1.30 cc (maximum)
TROUBLES AND ACTIONS
The auto-greasing caution lamp and injector operation indicator are located at the position to inform the abnor-
mality in the auto-greasing system.
