4. Open your window and place the window kit either horizontally or vertically into the window
opening. Adjust the plates to fit the width of the window opening then lock the plates into
place with the wingnuts mounted to plate A.
5. Insert the hose connector for the window plates (#3) into the hole in window plate A until it
locks into place.
6. Plug the power cord into the
wall outlet and press the “reset” button. The air conditioner is
now ready for operation.
7. When removing the air conditioner for storage, the window plates may be left in place. Simply
place the window plate cover (#4) into the hole in window plate A.
Caution: Secure your window with window locks. Please contact your dealer to purchase window
locks.
Caution
: Leave at least 12” of space around the entire unit for proper air circulation
