Troubleshooting
IMPORTANT!
Turn off the power and water supply before
performing any maintenance.
It is recommended that any maintenance should be performed by a
Kohler Authorized Service Representative.
This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. For service and

System will not
turn on and
the control
module power
(red) and
status (green)
lights are not
on.
NOTE:
Status
lights are located
near the interface
cable connection,
on the control
module, port 6.
A.
Outlet switch is in
the OFF position.
A.
Flip the outlet switch
to the ON position.
B.
Power supply is
not plugged into
the outlet.
B.
Plug the power
supply into the
outlet.
C.
Power supply
connection to the
control module
may be loose or
disconnected.
C.
Check power supply
connection to the
control module and
reconnect if needed.
D.
Circuit breaker has
been tripped.
D.
Reset the circuit
breaker.
E.
No power to the
outlet.
E.
Check outlet with
circuit tester. Repair
or replace as needed.
F.
If none of the
recommended
actions for the
above issues
correct the
symptom, the user
interface or control
module requires
servicing.
