TOOLS AND MATERIALS REQUIRED:

INSTALLATION:

DISASSEMBLE VANITY

1.

Remove the drawers and shelf from the cabinet.

2.

Remove top of vanity by removing 16 screws located at
the top sides.

3.

Turn top upside down, making sure to protect the
surface. Avoid scratching countertop.

4.

Unpack lavatory.

5.

Apply bead of sealant (provided with lavatory) to top
surface of lavatory rim.

6.

Position lavatory  on underside of top.

7.

Install lavatory clips with screws. Use lavatory clips and
screws provided in hardware bag of lavatory (position at
4 places). Avoid forcing screws through
countertop.

8.

Remove excess sealant immediately with a damp cloth.

9.

Install drain and lift rod assembly to lavatory.  Lift rod
assembly must face toward back of lavatory.

REASSEMBLE VANITY

1.

Place vanity top on cabinet. Insert and tighten the 16
screws located at the top sides.

2.

Position vanity against the wall.

3.

Mark supply and drain pipe location on back wall of
cabinet.

4.

Slide unit away from wall and cut supply and drain pipe
holes in back wall of unit.

5.

Slide vanity against wall, ensuring supply and drain
pipes fit through holes in cabinet.

6.

Using the two 3-3/4” screws provided, fasten vanity to
wall studs through backer board on rear of vanity.
Tighten completely.

7.

Install faucets, following instructions packed with them.
Install escutcheons and supply valves to vanity.

CONNECT PLUMBING

1.

Install drain tailpiece, cut if necessary.

2.

Connect P-trap and drain line.

3.

Connect water supply lines.

4.

Check all connections for leaks.

5.

Return drawer and shelf to cabinet.
