10.2 Memory Recall
In the standby interface, after short pressing , the memorized
menu (default display C1) can be recalled, and the number can
be changed with the adjustment button
; when the start
is pressed, the button lamp turns on (30% brightness), and
the screen works according to the contents of the memory based
on the stored time and temperature until work is done.
11 TEMPERATURE VIEW FUNCTION
After all the modes start operation, during the process of
heating up, the temperature can be viewed by pressing the
temperature button for a short time. The upper digital tube
displays the current probe temperature value in real time, and
returns to the display of set temperature value after 3 seconds.
After the temperature holding process begins, you cannot view
the real-time temperature, i.e. pressing the temperature button
is invalid, or pressing the temperature button shows only the
set temperature value.
12. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Cut off the power supply before cleaning or maintenance of the
steaming and baking integrated machine.
In order to extend the service life of the steaming and
baking integrated machine, please note the following:

The oven tank surface and attached stainless steel parts should
be cleaned with warm water. Do not clean with strong detergent
or strong corrosive agents. Otherwise the stainless steel will

special cleaning agent available on the market. The cleaned
parts must be rinsed and dried before they can be used.

Pour the cleaning agent onto a wet cloth or wipe the inner
surface of the steaming and baking integrated machine, then

soft cloth or oil tanned leather. Do not use abrasives, cleaning
agents containing chloric acid (e.g., washing powder), grinding
gauze or acid substances (e.g., alkaline detergent) to clean
dishes. Deposits will appear in the steaming and baking
integrated machine after using for a long time. Please use soft
gauze to remove. A rubber sealing ring is arranged around
the opening of the steaming and baking integrated machine.
Please check the usage of the sealing ring regularly. Clean if
necessary, but do not use abrasive products. If the seal ring
is damaged, please contact the nearest after-sales service
center. We recommend that you do not use the steaming and
baking integrated machine until the sealing ring is repaired.
x Cleaning agents for descaling are suitable, such as Durgol
or liquid coffee machine cleaning agents. Foam-containing
cleaning agents are not suitable.
x
Do not use vinegar or products containing vinegar, or it will
damage the internal circuits.
